Horizontal Stirrer

Like a PTO stirrer they push across a pond rather than downwards which can mean they will need to be shifted regularly to avoid the build-up of solids in any particular area.

There are a variety of sizes available to suit but with large ponds you will either need more than one stirrer, or the ability to shift it easily.

Care needs to be taken not to erode clay lined ponds with them, or to have them pushing straight at a EPDM or HDPE lined pond.
